It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Anne McCormick of Culpeper, Virginia, born in Madison, Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest McCormick; her daughter Paula McAllister; her siblings, Jackie Jacobs, Tommy Jacobs, Fred Jacobs, Jeanie Paul and Bobby Bauckman; and her grandchildren, Markie McAllister, Leeland Jenkins, Leah Jenkins and Isabel Essad.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Skotis, Donna Essad, Vanessa Cooper, Paul Jenkins, Matthew Jenkins (Jessica) and Shayne McCormick; her siblings, Jimmy Jacobs (Diane), Bea Wondree (Michael) and Terry Jacobs (Rachel); her sisters-in-law, Sharon Jacobs, Peggy Bauckman, Ruby Jacobs and Pat Jaco; and her grandchildren, Emanuel Skotis (Veronica) of Robert Skotis, J. C, Josh Essad, Chris McAllister, Ashleigh Cooper, Devin Cooper, Nadia Essad, Klarisa Flint, LeAnna Jenkins, Alaina Stapleton (Andrew), Ashley Smith, Matthew Jenkins, Carmela McCormick, Harley Hatcher (Shawn) and Bruce Casto. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
