It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah E. Walker (Culpeper, Virginia), who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Johnson (Peck) and Velta Waters Johnson of Culpeper Virginia; her brother Manuel Johnson (Manjo); and her siblings-in-law, Irving Walker (Ann) and Regina Alexander.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Walker; her son David Richards Jr.; her sister Linda Roy (John); her granddaughters, Kara Richards and Noel Jenkins; her siblings-in-law, Stevie Walker of Culpeper Virginia, Rodney Walker (Mary Ann), Larry Walker of Madison, Virginia, Hazel Heard, Betty Ann Thomas (Rayford) of Maryland and Sheila Walker of Culpeper, Virginia.; her cousin Barbara Ann Tansimore; and her great-niece Malia Parker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
