He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Woodward, and David Woodward, Sr.; and his brothers, Shirley Woodward, Franklin Woodward and Donnie Woodward.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Woodward; his children, David Lee Woodward, III (Catina), Michael Shawn Woodward (Angie) and Robin Lynn Woodward; his grandchildren, Dustin James Woodward, Faith Marie Emmel, Emma Grayce Woodward and Lilly Caroline Woodward; and his sisters-in-law, Dot Woodward and Geraldine Woodward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel (850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701).
