We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 89, Charles Miller Sr. (Culpeper, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie Miller of Culpeper, VA; his children, Charles B. Miller, Jr. of Culpeper, VA and Phyllis A. Miller of Washington, DC; and his stepson Tarek D. Brooks of Newburg, MD. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
