We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2021, at the age of 93, Charles Lindbergh Settle of Culpeper, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Grover and Vannie Blanche Fox Settle; his children, Charles Ashby Settle, Rita Settle Jones and Steven Alan Settle; and his brother Silas William Settle, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Ronald (Debbie), Donna Walker (Rickey) of Huddleston, VA and Cheryl Corbin (Carl Pumphrey) of Spotsylvania, VA; his sister Frances Feltenberger of York, PA; and his children-in-law, Ted Jones of Columbia, SC and JoAnn Settle of Culpeper, VA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in Charles' memory to the American Cancer Society, 1833 Plaza Drive, Winchester, VA 22601.
