He is survived by: his pet Gizmo; the mother of his children Lisa; his children, Carlyle McPeak, Jr., Tina McPeak, David McPeak (Kellie) and Blake McPeak; his grandchildren, Kenzie McPeak, David McPeak, Jr., Myla McPeak, Karmyn McPeak, Meilayni Williams and Kendall McPeak; and his siblings, Harold McPeak (Teresa), Chester McPeak (Connie), Sherry Bowers, Maynard McPeak (Mary) and Nancy McPeak. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids, and remained good friends.
