She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Thomas; her husband Medford Lee Jenkins; and her siblings, Rudolph Jenkins, Marvin Jenkins and Pauline Latham.
She is survived by: her godchildren, Jim Sellers and Janet Meisels; her sister Peggy May (Charles); her grandchildren, Katie Sellers, Meredith Sellers Friday (James), Janetrose Harrell (Andre) and Pamela Haworth (Mark); and her extended family House. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
