He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Gribble Peugh and Clister Belle Williams Peugh; his wife Connie Ann Peugh; his son Ricky L. Shugars; and his siblings, Albert E. Peugh and Clister Belle Walker.
He is survived by: his sons, Arthur Ernest Peugh, Jr. and David W. Shugars (Erin); his daughter-in-law Nikki Shugars; his siblings, Lloyd L. Peugh (Joyce), Danny L. Peugh (Pamela) and Diana P. Masters (Barry); and his grandchildren, Destiny Fox, Cambria Grogg, Colin Shugars and Cassidy Shugars. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
