She was predeceased by: her husband Welby Lee Gill; her son Timothy Gill; her parents, Fielding and Floy Huesmann Jr.; and her brother Loury Fielding Huesmann.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas A. Allison III (Clara) of Warrenton, Gretchen A. Wilson of Culpeper and Jennifer L. Holmes of Culpeper; her stepdaughter Katherine Gill of Fairfax County; and her grandchildren, Alexis R. Carter, Danielle Carter, Timothy M. Carter, Olivia J. Holmes and Jasper Fielding Allison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donation in her name to the Fauquier County SPCA, P.O. Box 733, Warrenton, VA 20188-0733.
