He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hall and Lois Claunch Hall; and his granddaughter Amber Lynn Martin. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Martin Hall; his son R. D. Martin (Cerrie); his granddaughter Lily Martin; and his great grandchild Shawn Jenkins.
Due to Covid-19 mandates, a mask is required to enter the building.
