She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Morris and Edith Morris; her husband Franklin Lyle Dudley of Troy, VA; her son Richard Allen Morris; her siblings, Delmar E. Morris and Doris M. Roach; and her brothers-in-law, William A. Roach and Curtis Morris.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Wayne Woodward (Lisbeth) of Roanoke, VA and Michael Todd Dudley (Christy) of Palmyra, VA; her grandchildren, Travis Morris (Adena), Richard Allen Morris (Casey Huckstep), Ashley Nicole Tucker (Andrew), Kayla Brynn Hannabass (Austin), Cody Alexander Woodward, Jordon Tyler Dudley and Jason Scott Dudley; her great grandchildren, Joshua Liam, Savannah Grace Tucker, Emmaline Belle, Sawyer Layne Lewis, Oliver Brooks Hannabass, Kyliegh Michale and Jamie Lynn Morris; and her siblings, Della Houchens, Ray Morris (Juanita), Joyce A. Morris, Muriel Simpson and John "Butch" Morris (Jo Ann). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Batten Funeral Home (12819 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (3251 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22911).
