She was predeceased by: her parents, Llewelyn Breeden and Juanita Breeden; and her sisters, Zelda Breeden, Roxie Marshall (Howard), Francis Tapscott (William) and Laura Herring (Leory).

She is survived by: her husband Elijah Collier; her children, Gayle Mohr (William), Phillip Collier and Andrew Collier (Cailin); her grandchildren, Megan Mott (Riley) and Madison Collier; and her great grandchild Margot Mott.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Piedmont located at 675 Peter Jefferson Parkway, Suite 300, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
