She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Ernest Johnson and Clotine Johnson (Dale); and her sisters, Sandra Neal (Mike) of Cattletsburg and Margo Dove (Carl) of Ashland, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Frasher; her children, Beth Frasher (Bart Patel) and Chuck Frasher; and her siblings, Ellen Ernestine Baldridge (Jack) of Rock Island and Michael Dale Johnson (Sharon) of Naples. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
