He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Fazio and Catherine M. Fazio. He is survived by: his sisters, Suzanne Sheridan of Westport, Conn., Patricia Field of Ronkonkoma, N. Y., Christine Erskine of Keswick Va, Lorraine Haney of Barboursville and Karen Trickett of Richmond; and his pet Penelope. He is also survived by four nephews, three nieces, two great nephews and two great nieces.
