She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Erma Dibble and Stanley Dibble; her husband Benjamin Powell; her children, Debby Powell Steva (Lewis) of Charlottesville, Carolyn Powell Brown of Smithfield and David Powell (Suzanne) of Morganton, N. C.; and her grandchildren, Thomas Steva (Zara) of Huntsville, Ala., Stephen Brown (Erica) of Rapidan, Kristen McCulloch (Nick) of Lancaster, S. C., Erin Steva of Bozeman, Mont and Daniel Brown of Windsor. She was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
