She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Marshall Stout and Mabel Mount Stout; her spouse Elbert Bernard Wagner; her daughters, Lisa Louise Auber, Robin Rae Stanek (Tom) of Crozet, VA and Sandra Elaine West (Ron) of Zelienople, PA; her daughter-in-law Judith Ann Cutright Wagner of Fairmont, WV.; her son Elbert Bernard Wagner Jr; her grandchildren, Carrie Ann Butterworth (John Morrison), Robert Butterworth III, Jason Auber, Christopher Stanek (Kayla), Michael Stanek, Jennifer West, Brian West, Denise Wagner and Travis Lee Wagner; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Stout of Flemington, WV and Helen Garrett of Bethesda, MD. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
