He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Partlow and Ernestine Partlow. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Partlow; his daughter Kristi Partlow; his stepchildren, Timothy Gilbride (Leigh Jean), Christina Barlow (Andre) and Michele Nowell (Scott); his siblings, Linda Gill, Elizabeth Cooke (Tom), Dawn Southerly (Tom), Penny Jones (Eddie) and Terry Lowry (David); and his grandchildren, Caoilinn Turner, Max Gilbride, Christiana Barlow-Moore (Justin), Vanessa Barlow, Brooke Barlow, Corrine Nowell, Alleigh Nowell and Evan Nowell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
