She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joyce, Betty Love, Othel and Margaret Creek; her great-grandparents, Frederick and Algreida Fowler (Grandma Shorty); her aunt Carolyn Margaret Cary; and her uncle Mike Spriggs.
She is survived by: her parents, Ernest Wayne Creek Sr. and Carolyn Joyce Creek; her husband Jamie Kerns; her children, Lindsey Shanholtz (Chad Shanholtz), Courtney Chasteen (Andrew Chasteen), Breauna Kerns and Joshua Kerns Sr.; her siblings, Windy Creek (Robert Baker Jr.), Jamie Creek (George Hunter Jr.) and Ernest Creek Jr.; and her grandchildren, Joshua Kerns Jr., Dalton Kerns, Hunter Kerns, Harley Shanholtz, Braylon Chasteen, Zakarhyah Chasteen, Vincent Chasteen, Caydyn Chasteen and JoZie-Lynn Chasteen.
