He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward, Sr. Ratigan and Catherine Ratigan; his wife Carol Lee Cardwell Ratigan; his children, Eddie III, Theresa Corey and Stacey; his children-in-law, Terri Ratigan, Mark Cheran and Kevin Corey; his grandfathers, Poppy, Robert Jones, Zachary Ruleman, Chase Corey and Mason Corey; and his great grandchildren, Nakira Coleman, Alana Coleman and Tatianna Jones.
