He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Raines and Irene Jean Mullinax Raines. He is survived by: his wife Shelby; his sons, Mark Raines (Carolyn) of Stephens City, VA and Ronald Raines (Vickie); his grandchildren, Matthew Raines (Courtney), Zachary Raines (Chelsy), Tyler Raines and Michaela Raines of Capon Bridge, WV; and his great grandchildren, Blayke Raines and Callan Raines.
