She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Moses and Juanita Eula McDonald Dick; and her brother Richard "Dickie" Dick. She is survived by: her husband Robert Elwood Legge of Cross Junction; and her children, Tammy Keeler of Middletown, VA, Brian Legge of White Post, VA and Julie Legge of Cross Junction, VA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Stover Funeral Home (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
