He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Worley, Martha Corvin and Kenneth Leo Kegley; and his great-grandparent Edna "Memie" Kegley. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Kegley and Karen Kegley of Crockett; his sister Lacy Kegley of Grottoes; his aunt Rita; his uncle Jeb Huddle of Wytheville; his brother-in-law Alex Milburn (Grottoes); his sister Chris; his brother-in-law William Shumate; his nephews, Trae and Trypp; his niece Isabella; his aunt Karen Sue Kegley; his uncle Stan Doyle (Rural Retreat); his grandmother Neva Bedwell; his great-aunts, Mary Ann Corvin and Willie Corvin; his cousins, Nikki Huddle of Johnstown, PA and Dalton Anderson (Radford); his aunt Angelia Paisley; and his pets, Jiminy, Daisy Mae, Annie, Butler, Buster, Lilac and Powhatan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many beloved friends.

Kenneth was a founding member of the Rural Retreat Depot as well as involved in the Lions Club of Rural Retreat, and he would have liked for anyone compelled to send donations in his memory.
