He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Clippard and Noveda Clippard; his siblings, Thelma and Buck; his former wife Odessa; his daughter Janice; and his stepdaughter Nancy (Kent Umberger).
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his siblings, Anne Spargo (Bob), Barbara Clippard, Clara Keener (Marvin) and Kerry Clippard, Sr.; his granddaughters, Meredith Williams (Burt) and Allison Locklear (Allen); and his stepdaughter Tonya Hall. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
