He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Ellis Pendleton and Louenna Stanley Pendleton "Tootsie"; his sister-in-law Brenda Pendleton; and his parents-in-law, James F. Gilbert and Nadean Plasters Gilbert.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Gilbert Pendleton; his children, Leigh Ann Hazelwood (Mike) and Christopher Dale Pendleton (Heather); his grandchildren, Lilly Hazelwood, Lauren Hazelwood, Emma Rose Pendleton, Aubrey Pendleton, Madilyn Hazelbaker, Haley Gillispie and Karson Gillispie; his siblings, Jerry Alvin Pendleton and Judy Ann Pendleton (Richard LaChance); his siblings-in-law, James Gilbert (Serena), Galen Gilbert and Debbie Cox (Barry); his niece Jessica Sarver; his nephews, Joshua Draper, Jimmy Gilbert and Jackson Gilbert; and his pet Pinky.
