He is survived by: his wife Virginia Sue Mayo; his son Nathan Mayo; his stepchildren, Gregg Sheets, Sherri Holloway (Charles) and Phyllis Konrath (Michael); his grandchildren, Rhiannon Sheets, Emily Trivette, Michelle Sydnor, Thomas, Travis Mayo and Benjamin Trivette; his nieces, Tammy and Lori Waite; and his nephew Grayson Mayo.
