She was predeceased by: her father Claiborne Barbour; her husband Lewis Casper; her mother Mildred Windsor Barbour; her grandchildren, Marquise Barbour and Layla Howard; and her daughter-in-law Rosa Barbara.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Barbour (Tahra), Shelia Stokes (Joseph), April Brown (Nelson), Junious Barbour, Sr., Eric Barbour (Twila), Everett Barbour, Andrel Coleman (Bruce) and Ineta Casper Howard (Thomas); her stepdaughter Barbara Fowlkes; her daughter-in-law Natalie Barbour (Peaches); her cousins, Claiborne Jennings (Bubbie), Idell Fowlkes (Maxine) and James Jennings; and her close friend Sandra Bowler. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren; sixteen great-great grandchildren.
