She was predeceased by: her parents, George Randolph Scantling, Sr. and Georgie Winston Scantling; her son Tony Randolph "Lee" Elliott, Jr.; and her brother Randy Scantling. She is survived by: her husband Cecil; her daughters, Elizabeth Rowell and Amy Kendall Shifflett; her grandchildren, Luke Rowell, Noah Rowell, Brandon Elliott and Miriam Rowell; her stepsons, Cody Shifflett and Jonathan Shifflett; and her sister Betty Layne-Knowles.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Amelia UMC Charge Church Youth Group, P.O. Box 263, Amelia, VA 23002.
