She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge Shelton and Pollie Shelton; and her brothers, James and Grady Shelton. She is survived by: her husband George Lewis Franklin; her children, James Franklin of Johnson City, TN, Annie F. Snow (Randy) of Saluda, VA, Joy Duarte of Crewe, VA., Jeff Mann (Lisa) of Crewe, VA. and Brandon Franklin (Amanda) of Crewe, VA.; and her sister Virginia Dillon (Keith) of Burkeville, VA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
