He was predeceased by: his daughter Daesha Rae Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Frances Darlene Ryder; his children, Tasha Robinson of Bracey, Richard Cary Ryder of Raleigh, N. C., Ryan Ryder of Clarksville and Cody Ryder of Skipwith; and his siblings, William Virgil Ryder of Dinwiddie, Sandra Martin (Robert) of Crewe and Shelly Anne Brown (Ronnie) of Crewe. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home (1504 N Mecklenburg Ave, South Hill, VA 23970). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the Crosse Cemetery.
