She was predeceased by: her parents, JJ Norton and Becky Norton. She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph "Joe" Williams; her children, Kelly Rene Norton, Robbie (Brandie), Mike (Janet) and Ricky (Sandra); and her siblings, Shirley Strawser and Jerry H. Norton. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
