She is survived by: her children, Wendy Blankenship (Wesley), Lynwood L. Howard (Deborah), Thomas W. Howard (Dorothy), Terry W. Howard (Pam) and Gary E. Howard; her grandchildren, Benjamin M. Howard (Donna), Amanda G. Chappell (Ty), Tammy Wessel (Cory), Sandra Moore (Gene) and Penny L. White; and her nephew Norman D. Flowers (Joan).
