She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George L Hayer and Lillie R Hayer; her husbands, Samuel E. Anderson Jr. and Robert L Melton; her children, George Anderson (Jane) of Baskerville and Rose McDaniel (Doug) of Crewe; her sisters, Lydia Herzig of Jetersville and Frances Robertson of Durham; her grandchildren, Ronnie Anderson, Edna Saul (James), Melody A. Shaw, Julie David (Steve), Dianna Siever (Aaron), Eric Gant, Trisha Currin (Lyle), Douglas McDaniel (Jesse) and Andy McDaniel (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Joyce Anna, Samantha, Christopher, Jenna, Courtney, Jeremiah, Justin, Sterling, Sam, Mary Katherine and Avery Rose.
