With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jewell Emerson Brown of Crewe, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emerson and Roselle Turner; her daughter Angie Crafton; her grandson Taylor Wood; her siblings-in-law, Donnie Pope and Estelle Emerson; her niece Teresa Dawson; and her great-niece Amber Weyant.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Brown; her daughter Shannon Coppedge (Mike) of Crewe; her grandchildren, Emily Coppedge, Kimberly Buczek (Robert), Tyler Wood and Zane Crafton; and her siblings, Barbara Baldwin, Bonnie Ashman (Paul), Robbie Gale Pope and Hubert Emerson. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the St Marks Umc Cemetery (8254 Hungarytown Rd, Crewe, VA 23930).
