She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thomas and Betty Green Cairns; her husband John Albert Robertson; her half-sister Nita Weeks; her stepmother Polly Maitland; and also Tina Paige Robertson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Robertson Wood (David) and Terry Robertson Wilkerson; her grandchildren, Dana Wood Rhea (Charley), Benjamin Graham Wilkerson and Elaina Paige Wilkerson; her brother Thomas Cairns (Linda); and her half-siblings, Jim Cairns, Frances Gupton and Doris Murphy (George). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
