She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Fowlkes; her daughter Barbara Jean; her siblings, Mary Fowlkes, Lelia Oliver, Amos Lee Jennings and Russell Jennings, Jr.; and her grandchildren, John Francisco Jennings (Johnny-Frank), Sharonda Rembert-Adams (Da'Jon Adams), Vincent Shaqi Elijah Fowlkes and Nevaeh Colbert.
She is survived by: her son Vincent Fowlkes of Crewe, VA; her grandchildren, Jordan Fowlkes (VA), Shelby Fowlkes (CT), Darlene Jennings-Rembert (William) and Antonio; her great grandchildren, Anthony Davis, TeAnna Rembert, Evan Perez, Marq Vines, Nicole Jennings-Boyle, Nikkea Rembert, Ja'Von Soares, Maya Rembert, Jurni Soares and Kalissa Samuel; her great great grandchildren, Emani Perez, Taliyah Rembert, Sariah Davis, Essence Perez, Antonio Vines-Soares and Brielle Childress; her granddaughter Whitney Colbert (Fred); her great grandchildren, Tygeir, Tyreese (Chunkum), Ny'Zerea, Lailai, Tyrique (Bob) and Saniah; and her nieces, Shirley Tompkins (Norman) and Delois Rather (Tookay). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
