With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara S. Chalkley (Crewe, Virginia), who passed away on April 10, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Scott and Moses Scott; her brother Alphonso Scott; and her uncle Irvin Epps. She is survived by: her children, Alvin Chalkley (Damaris) of Powhatan, Brandon Chalkley of Amelia, Terrell Chalkley of Amelia and Tabitha Chalkley of Amelia; her brothers, Kenneth Royal of Amelia, Clifton Scott (Dorothy) of Hopewell, Wilbert Scott of Richmond and Moses Scott, Jr. of Amelia; her aunt Doris Epps of Amelia; and her friends, Rosa Stokes of Crewe, Jill of Amelia, Gloria Kuykendall, Kristopher Normand and Janet Peebles of Amelia. She is also survived by nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
