He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Price; and his son Dexter Alexander Beverly. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jefferson Beverly; his sons, Charles Garland Beverly and Dr. Clinton S. Beverly (Veronica W. Beverly); his grandchildren, Cherrell Beverly, Ryan Matthew Beverly, Bailee Beverly, Sydney Beverly and Nicholas Beverly; his brothers, James Montgomery, Carl Price and Calvin Price; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Nunnally (Calvin), Inez Jeter (Milton), Hermania Lewis, Clarence Jefferson (Judy), William Jefferson (Dorothy) and Herman Jefferson.
