He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston M. Clark, Sr. and Nancy Mae Clark (Ferren); his daughters, Stephanie Denise Smith and Dreama Renee Smith; his grandson Brendon Tate Ramsey; and his brothers, Ralph Smith, Jr. and James Edward "Jimmy" Clark.
He is survived by: his close friend Diane Clark; his daughter Martha Roadcap (Randall); his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Smith, Christopher "Buck" Clark, Houston M. "Danny" Clark, Jr., Cheryl Moffitt (Gary), Donna Kizer (Ricky) and Peggy Clark; his grandchildren, Jessica, Emily Roadcap, Tevin, Taylor Ramsey, Chelsea Smith, Chasity, Christopher and Christian Smith; and his close friend Noel Atkins. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
