Washington, MD; his siblings-in-law, Maxine Hardy of Baltimore, MD, Barbara Lester of Jacksonville, FL, Nannie Lester of Baltimore, MD and James H. Smith of Norfolk, VA; and his son Steve Shelton of Chase City, VA. He is also survived by other nieces, grand nieces, nephews, grand nephews, other family and friends.
