We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2023, at the age of 79, Justine Rachel (Daniel) Tilghman of Craigsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Justinian Flavius Daniel and Rachel Armstrong Daniel (Tuttle); her great grandchild Beau; and her cousin John Beverly Daniel. She is survived by: her husband Ray Lee Tilghman; her sons, Timothy F. Tilghman (Jeannie) of Cotati, CA, Lance A. Tilghman (Kelly) of Navarre, FL and Brent D. Tilghman (Dana) of Kittrell, NC; her grandchildren, Justinian, Juliana, Austin, Riley, Kimberly, Kristen, Sara and Bryce; her great grandchildren, Chase, Wyatt, Cormac, Sophie, Weston, Charlotte, Emilia and Levy; and her cousin Vickie Bashaw.

It is suggested, that those desiring make memorial contributions to the Craigsville Food Pantry, P.O. Box 400, Craigsville, VA 24430.
