He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Jean Sprouse (Robertson); his parents, Gordon Sprouse and Beatrice Elizabeth Sprouse (Jackson); his children, Hauling (Excavating), Sylvia J. Jolly (Frank, Jr.) of Craigsville and Frankie Sprouse, II (Amanda) of Churchville; his grandsons, Steven Downey (Sarah), Franklin Sprouse, III and Bryce Collin; his stepgrandson Zack Marrs; his great grandchild Tyler Downey; and his caregivers, Terry Shiflett, Ashley Lam, Madison Burke and Ellen Strickler.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Peoples Baptist Church (3678 Little Calf Pasture Hwy, Craigsville, VA 24430).
