Bates (Shelby) of West Augusta, Kristy Knight (Marvin) of Churchville, Stafford "Spanky" Bates (Amy) of Goshen, Stephen Witt of Staunton, Stephanie Howard (Corey) of Waynesboro and Shannon Harris (Lynn) of Churchville; her sister Melissa Black of Craigsville; her grandchildren, Landon, Hunter, Sierra, Joseph Bates, Jacob, Emma Witt, Hailey Duncan, Alayah Howard, Brady Bates, Kelli Harvey and Ashley Lam; her great grandchildren, Devin Atkins, Ava Harvey, Logan, Hailey Lam and Jaydn Bates; her caregiver Robin Hamilton; and her friend Betty Whitlock. She is also survived by her family, friends.
