With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Dave Hayes of Craigsville, Virginia, born in Goshen, Virginia, who passed away on June 24, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey H. Hayes and Bertie Lee Hayes (Pugh); and his siblings, Bobby Lee Hayes, Ella Marie Colvin and Violet Farrar.
He is survived by: his spouse Willie Mae Hayes (Grogg) of Craigsville; his son Darrell Wayne Hayes (Stacey) of Staunton; his sisters-in-law, Gloria Hayes of Augusta Springs, Margie Pannell (Grogg) of Afton and Martha Pannell (Grogg) of Verona; his granddaughter Kaley Armstrong (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Hadley Mae Armstrong and Avery Isabel Armstrong; his nieces, Donna Reynolds and Renee Nester (Chad); and his nephew Gary Farrar (Beverly).
