She was predeceased by: her parent John Franklin Sprouse; her husband Kenneth; her daughter Julia; her great grandchild Toby; her siblings, William, Allan, Odell, Clemmer, Lloyd Sprouse, Louise Reid and Bonnie Simmons; and her daughter-in-law Deborah Puckett.

She is survived by: her parent Deliliah May Thompson Sprouse; her children, Steven Puckett (Melody Smith) of Greenville, Gary Puckett, Bernadine Campbell of Craigsville and Kevin Puckett (Vonda) of Craigsviile; her grandchildren, Thomas, Maranda, Heather, Brandon, Dawn Marie, Kristin, Katie, Brook, Kyle and Hunter; her siblings, Harvey Sprouse (Hilda) of Craigsville and Nellie Crummette of Staunton; and her close friends, Cordelia Underwood and Connie Swisher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
