He is survived by: his parent Lillian Lenore Martin Dinkle; his children, Jeff Dinkle, Angela Dinkle, Sean Welliver of Staunton and Annette Lowery of Craigsville; his grandchildren, Derek Dinkle, Tabatha Wetzel, Williams, Jr., Ethan Fragale, Roger Lowery, Jr. and Raven Lowery; his siblings, Fred Dinkle of Staunton, Donald Dinkle (Phyllis) of Stuarts Draft, Janet Kirkland (Richard) of Staunton and Alice Redifer (Bud) of Parnassus; and his former wife Cathy Dinkle.
