He is survived by: his cousin Bobby Angell; his wife Lola Holbert Angell; his children, Jeffrey Angell (Cynthia), Stephanie Myers (John) and Christi Huffman (Craig); his grandchildren, Phoenix Angell, Justin Myers, Landon Myers, Josh Humphries, Brooke Dellis and Charles W. "Billy" Holbert, III; his stepson Charles W. "Bill" Holbert, II; his siblings, Jennings Angell (Polly) of Casselberry, Florida and Carol Nutter (David) of Morehead, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Wanna "Tim" Angell of Washington, D. C., Phyllis Burr of Covington and James Lockhart Blue (Cheryl); and his niece Cadle (Bruce).
