She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wright and Dela Wright; her husband Edward P. Garman; her son Tommy Garman; and her son-in-law Jerry Mills.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda G. Mills; her grandchildren, Tammy Stark (Ron), Evan Stark of Williamsburg and Owen Stark of Williamsburg; and her brother Mason Wright of Roanoke.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home (1102 S Highland Ave, Covington, VA 24426).
