She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack London and Dorothy Smith Fridley. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather George (Chris) and Holly Lowry (Dale Jr.); her grandchildren, London Critzer, Maddy Lowry, Zane George, Raelyn Lowry, Mercy George and Vada Lowry; her brothers, Hunter Fridley (Libby), Rob Fridley (Emma) and Neal Fridley (Leona); and her pet Rico. She is also survived by son.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the Vickie Blackburn Benefit Fund at Highlands Community Bank at 307 Thacker Ave. Covington, VA 24426.
