He was predeceased by: his father Sanford Lee Wade; and his brother Sgt David Lee Wade. He is survived by: his mother Ilia Morandi Wade; and his siblings, Michael S. Wade (Dreama) of Covington, Jo Laughlin-Vance (Karl) of Roanoke, Susan Doyle (Donny) of Vinton and Marisa Seay (David) of Covington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
