He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Catherine Maple Pernod and Maurice Henri Pernod; and his grandson Nathanial Micheal Cain. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Franson Pernod of Covington; his children, Tabitha Craft (Chris) of Covington, Miranda Cain (Josh) of Columbus, Ohio and Dylan Pernod (Beth) of Telford, Tennessee; his close friends, George, Tracy Nibert of London, Marianne, Jim Money of Urbana, Lynn Daily of London and Debbie Lasky of Jackson, Michigan; and his in-law Jerry Franson (Patty) of Covington. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three sisters; a host of nieces and nephews.
